We stopped in to purchase a mattress set. Zacharie was very friendly and knowledgeable. The boxing week deals were even greater than I expected. We will certainly be back for our next furniture purchase. We appreciated that the staff were not pushy, gave us time to browse, and loaded our truck in a timely manner.

Customer service was great until we gave a deposit. They bombarded us with calls to pick up the couch, we made arrangements to have the old one removed, went to pick up and they didn’t have it in stock. Management refused to take any accountability or offer an apology for the mix up. The manager then went on to say to have fun paying double and waiting 3 months if we go anywhere else. Fortunately we were able to get the deposit back before it was too late and found another great option at Structube for less and in stock. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I can only imagine the service if we needed to use the warranty they rave about. YIKES.

So I was tasked with helping a new to Canada employee get some furniture.... all the furniture for his new apartment. So we drove all over town and finally came to surplus furniture and matress warehouse. We were greater by Ryan and he showed us around falling in love with a sectional my coworker bought everything for his place one shot and got everything delivered. When it showed the sectional didn't fit. Heartbroken he sent it back and we proceeded to return to get a refund. But Ryan wouldn't let him be disappointed for long he he left with a beautiful set that will fit at a great price. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan and Zack….These guys are fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and excellent customer service. I bought a mattress and box spring and a bunk bed and everything was in stock on a Sunday. If you want beds same day this is the place to go and there prices were great. Thank you for a great experience today!!

Fantastic experience dealing with these gentlemen — went to purchase one of their full size mattresses; when the one I wanted wasn’t in stock, they upgraded me to the next tier model, and when the one they had was damaged, they upgraded me to the following tier, all at the price of the initial one I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and politeness! Thanks again, Gents!
